Please register and book you class through the calendar below. Click on the session you want to go to the booking form where you can enter the required information and purchase a pass if needed. Please keep in mind the calendar below represents our upcoming schedule, not all events shown below may be avaliable to book due to participant limits. On the form ensure the session you want is avaliable.

All our classes, are gentle Hatha Yoga-based classes that building strength, flexibility and range of motion.

Variations are offered to allow you to adapt the class to your needs on any given day.

Move More Easily

These Hatha Yoga-based classes are gentle on your body while building strength, flexibility and range of motion. Morning classes are more invigorating to help you into your day. Evening classes more relaxing to help prepare your body for sleep.

Poses vary from 1 breath to a couple of minutes, allowing you time to settle in, adjust and find the best version of the pose for your body. Variations are offered to allow you to adapt the class to your needs on any given day.

Some classes include Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga poses are held for up to 5 minutes, stretching the fascia, the wrap-like material, around each muscle. Using blocks, bolsters and blankets to make sure we are comfortably uncomfortable, the focus is on releasing any tight areas in this fascia along the meridians of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

These classes are great for people who have been stiff for a long time and have some experience with yoga. Please ask if you’d like some included in your class.

Waitlist

If you want to join a Waitlist for a class that is already full, you can do so using this form. This will not garuntee you a place in the session, but you will be notified if a spot opens up or the number of availiable participants expands.

Class Cancellation

Enter your information in the form below to cancel a class booking. Please be aware that cancelling a class within twelve hours of it’s start time will not refund a use of your code.
