Additional fees: There are no additional fees not listed on the page for each service. Accommodation will be paid separately for most retreats. This will be clearly stated on each webpage. If a class pass is not used before the deadline, it can be extended for one month for ¥1000, or 2 months for ¥1500

Exchanges and refunds:

• Before class or event:

  • scheduled classes can be transferred to another person or date, or cancelled for full refund (minus transaction fees), up to 24 hours before class.

  • Cancellation policy for each event or retreat is listed at the bottom of each product page. Generally speaking 100% refund (minus transaction and administration fees) is available up until 30 days before an event or retreat. Then there is a sliding scale of cancellation fees until 24 hours prior to the event. See the cancellation policy at the the bottom of the page for each event.

• During or following classes or events

  • there is no refund once a class, event, or retreat has started.

Delivery Times: Once payment has been made and email with details of location and other event details will be sent within 48 business hours.

Accepted Payment methods: credit card, local bank transfer (or Wise)

Payment period: Credit card transactions are processed immediately. Bank transfers must be made within 3 days.

Prices (including consumption tax): are listed on each individual product page. Yoga classes start at ¥1600 for students and ¥3500 for yoga classes with a variety of passes available. Retreats start from ¥50,000.
