Sound Journey:
Group Sound Journeys offer a space for meditation, relaxation and nervous system regeneration. The sounds of crystal bowls, chimes, shamanic drum and other instruments will hold space for you to reach deep meditation, be fully present in the moment, and allow the muscles in your body to relax fully.
Fernanda's voice evokes many different feelings, maybe memories will come up, a sense of clarity about the present, or the opportunity to let go of self-judgement and be more compassionate.
This session will help you feel a renewed and peaceful energy. You’ll be ready to take on daily life, or sightseeing, again after this peaceful practice.

Relaxation Space
Calming Machiya:
Relax in this exclusive, luxurious space of beauty and calm. Take the time to make yourself completely comfortable.
You might like to sit up or lie down. It’s up to you. You are welcome to take the poses that work best for you for the 90 minutes of the Sound Journey.
Get yourself into position. Scan through your body and let go of any tension. Let yourself be as heavy as you can, allowing the stillness to restore you. Take this time for a mental reset, allowing space to clear the cobwebs that block the flow of creativity and productivity.
When we rush all the time, we stay in fight or flight mode. Take this time to allow your digestive and the immune systems to reboot from the automatic shut down of fight or flight, helping to return the nutritional support your mind and body need for everything else.

About your facilitators
Fernanda is an artist from Costa Rica who is dedicated to sound and energy healing. She is also a songwriter, composer and teacher of compassionate communication.
She has shared her skills with hundreds of people, helping them to find deeper healing, meaning, and heart-connection for a more peaceful life.
"My mission is to help guide people back to themselves, to connect with their own wisdom and the wisdom of nature, using sound, energy and intuitive healing"
Sam is a yoga & meditation instructor from Brisbane, Australia. With a background in Sports Science she is in her 10th year of teaching personalised yoga to groups.
Her focus is teaching you how to keep yourself safe and comfortable whichever yoga class you go to, by helping you improve your body awareness and find ‘your own yoga’ that works best for your body on any given day.
"My goal is help you find ‘your yoga’ and your voice, to keep yourself moving safely, and able to voice your concerns, both on the mat and in daily life."

Cancellation Terms and Conditions
In the case of refunds being provided, any fees involved in payments and refunding payments will be paid by the client.
From Payment until 30days before the event, cancellation fees are 0%
Until 7 days beforehand, cancellation fees are 50%
Until October 7th, cancellation fees are 80%
Cancellation on the day of the event (October 14th, 2023), or no shows will incur a 100% cancellation charge
In the case of typhoon, or other natural disaster, that leads to a national or local area stay at home order and therefore cancellation of the event, all funds will be returned minus any fees incurred in the payment of, or required to return those funds.
